1. Overview
This Cancellation Policy governs the terms and conditions for canceling bookings and services with Caretrip. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking.
2. Cancellation by Customer
2.1 General Cancellation Terms
You may cancel your booking at any time before the service date. However, cancellation charges may apply based on the timing of your cancellation:
- More than 30 days before: Full refund (minus processing fees of 5%)
- 15-30 days before: 75% refund (25% cancellation fee applies)
- 7-14 days before: 50% refund (50% cancellation fee applies)
- Less than 7 days before: No refund (100% cancellation fee applies)
- No-show or same-day cancellation: No refund
2.2 Special Packages
Some special packages, promotional offers, or group bookings may have different cancellation terms. These will be clearly stated at the time of booking and in your confirmation email.
3. Cancellation by Caretrip
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a booking due to:
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.)
- Service provider cancellations
- Insufficient bookings for group services
- Technical or operational issues
In such cases:
- You will receive a full refund of all payments made
- We will notify you as soon as possible via email or phone
- We will assist you in finding alternative arrangements, if possible
- We are not liable for any additional costs you may incur due to the cancellation
4. How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, please:
- Email: Send a cancellation request to management@caretrip.in with your booking reference number

Important: Cancellation requests must be made by the person who made the booking or an authorized representative. Verbal cancellations must be confirmed in writing via email.
5. Cancellation Confirmation
Once we receive your cancellation request:
- We will send you a cancellation confirmation email within 24 hours
- The confirmation will include details of any applicable cancellation fees
- Refund processing will begin as per our Refund Policy
Note: Your booking is not considered canceled until you receive written confirmation from us.
6. Partial Cancellations
For bookings with multiple services or travelers:
- You may cancel individual services or travelers, subject to applicable cancellation fees
- Partial cancellations will be processed based on the cancellation terms for each service
- Group discounts may be affected if the number of travelers falls below the minimum requirement
7. Third-Party Bookings
For services booked through third-party providers (hotels, airlines, etc.):
- Cancellation terms are subject to the policies of the respective service providers
- We will communicate the applicable cancellation terms at the time of booking
- Additional fees may apply as per the service provider's policy
8. Force Majeure
In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.):
- Standard cancellation fees may be waived or reduced
- We will work with service providers to minimize cancellation charges
- Refunds will be processed based on the policies of service providers
- We will communicate any special arrangements via email
9. Refund Processing
Refunds for canceled bookings will be processed as per our Refund Policy. Generally:
- Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days
- Amounts are credited to the original payment method
- Processing fees, if applicable, are non-refundable
10. Modifications vs. Cancellations
If you wish to modify your booking (change dates, services, etc.) instead of canceling:
- Modification requests are subject to availability
- Modification fees may apply
- Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
- Modifications may not always be possible; cancellation terms will apply if modification is not feasible

Note: This policy applies to bookings made directly through Caretrip. Bookings made through third-party platforms are subject to their respective cancellation policies.
