- Cancellation by Caretrip: If we cancel a booking or service due to circumstances beyond your control, you will be entitled to a full refund.

- Double Payment: In case of accidental duplicate payments, we will process a full refund for the duplicate transaction.
- Technical Errors: If a payment error occurs due to a technical issue on our end, we will process a refund.
3. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
- Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account
4. Non-Refundable Items

- Processing fees or administrative charges
- Services already utilized or consumed
- Third-party service fees (hotels, airlines, etc.) that have been paid on your behalf

5. Cancellation Fees

- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the service date may be eligible for a full refund (minus processing fees)
- Cancellations made 15-30 days before may incur a 25% cancellation fee
- Cancellations made 7-14 days before may incur a 50% cancellation fee
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before may not be eligible for a refund
